Hurricane Fitz Predicted to Strike D.C. Later this Week...

Latest reports have Hurricane Fitz striking Washington, DC, later this week, possibly as soon as Wednesday.

This past weekend top White House leaders met at Camp David to plan a strategy to minimize damage. Senator Kay Bailey Hutchinson, who appeared on one of the network morning shows, outlined the key strategy to be employed.

Hutchinson predicts that some top people may be victims of Hurricane Fitz but should not suffer as a result of "minor legal technicalities." The editorial page of the Wall Street Journal this morning is expressing the same view.

The Katrina Memo is inviting your predictions for Hurricane Fitz. Will it be a Category 5 that causes massive damage for the Republicans or will all the predictions prove to be nothing more than left-wing media hype?

Update: "Comments" are down...

This seems to be a systemwide problem with HaloScan. I notice that "comments" are also down at Eschaton and AMERICAblog. Hopefully, the folks at HaloScan are working on fixing the problem.
