More Bad News From Iraq

The mainstream media has been so busy for the past couple of days whipping up anti-terrorist hysteria that you may have missed some REAL NEWS from Iraq. Seven American soldiers were killed in Iraq yesterday. According to Sharon Jumper at Daily Kos, nineteen American soldiers have been killed in the past week.

We don't see the flag-draped coffins coming home. We don't see the grieving families.

We did hear about the fifty "terrorists" we killed in Iraq this past week. Does that mean that we're winning? Somehow I don't feel safer as a result of hearing this news.
