Judy Miller is no martyr for the rights of journalists.
During the months leading up to the war in Iraq Judy Miller’s articles, based on “senior Administration” sources, appeared regularly on the front pages of the New York Times. Pure pro-war propaganda. Now she claims to have gone to jail to protect the right of journalists to confidential sources. What a farce. She’s trying to cover-up her own role as a scribe for the neo-cons.

Just got back to the United States and heard about Judy's $1.2 million book deal. What a disgrace! Atrios has a good suggestion for a title.
