Celebrating worker's rights...

After almost three weeks visiting family and friends in Ireland I'm back and ejoying the beautiful fall weather we are having in New England.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to attend the Bread and Roses Festival in Lawrence, Massachusetts. It's a wonderful event that honors the memory of those mill workers who organized themselves almost one hundred years ago in defense of their rights.

Beginning this week I'll be posting on a regular basis. On the visit to Ireland I was pretty much "out of touch" with what was happening politically in the United States. It will take a while to catch up with what is happening.
